No Contact 40 Days ("the App") is published by Migdio Media LLC ("we," "us"). The App is a personal-motivation and self-improvement tool that helps you track a no-contact streak and stay encouraged through daily prompts. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
The App provides general educational and motivational content only. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a local support service.
The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using on-device storage:
Your journal text, unsent letters, and personal red-flag entries are stored on your device. The app does not provide a cloud backup or cross-device recovery for that content. Separate usage events, such as check-ins and the current streak day, are processed by the analytics services described below.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive or store your payment-card details.
To deliver and verify subscriptions and to restore prior purchases, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service. When you start a trial, subscribe, or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes purchase and transaction information — such as the product purchased, transaction and receipt identifiers, subscription status, and an app-generated anonymous user identifier together with general device and platform information. We also associate subscription records with installation and campaign identifiers from AppsFlyer to measure which campaigns lead to subscriptions. We do not require a name or email for app use. RevenueCat's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple's and Google's handling of payments is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We use PostHog to understand app usage and diagnose errors. Events include app launches, onboarding steps, paywall interactions, purchase and restore outcomes, check-ins, streak-day counts, and selected check-in encouragement options. These events can include an anonymous installation identifier, device and operating-system information, IP-derived approximate location, timestamps, and error messages. We use this information to improve app functionality and reliability.
We use AppsFlyer for installation and advertising attribution. It processes installation and device identifiers, device and network information, approximate location derived from IP addresses, campaign information, and subscription events. Advertising identifiers may be processed where available and permitted by your device settings. Campaign and installation identifiers may also be associated with RevenueCat and PostHog records. Attribution services and configured advertising partners may receive installation and subscription events to measure advertising performance.
The app does not display third-party advertisements. Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and advertising effectiveness; this is separate from the app's local journal storage. Your device and browser privacy settings can limit advertising identifiers and website tracking.
These services process information on our behalf and, where applicable, under their own privacy policies. See PostHog, AppsFlyer, and Meta. Information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States.
If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated and delivered on-device; the content of your reminders is not sent to us or any third party.
You can remove locally stored content by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App. This does not automatically delete records already processed by subscription, analytics, or attribution providers. Contact [email protected] to request access to or deletion of provider-held information; we may need an installation or transaction identifier to locate anonymous records. Some transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. To stop subscription billing, cancel through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
