No Contact 40 Days ("the App") is published by Migdio Media LLC ("we," "us"). The App is a personal-motivation and self-improvement tool that helps you track a no-contact streak and stay encouraged through daily prompts. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
The App provides general educational and motivational content only. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a local support service.
The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using on-device storage:
This content never leaves your device. We do not have access to it, it is not transmitted to our servers (we operate none), and we cannot read, recover, or restore it.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive or store your payment-card details.
To deliver and verify subscriptions and to restore prior purchases, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service. When you start a trial, subscribe, or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes purchase and transaction information — such as the product purchased, transaction and receipt identifiers, subscription status, and an app-generated anonymous user identifier together with general device and platform information. This is used only to provide and verify your subscription. It is not linked to your name or email, and it is not used for advertising. RevenueCat's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple's and Google's handling of payments is governed by their respective privacy policies.
If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated and delivered on-device; the content of your reminders is not sent to us or any third party.
Because your content lives only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. To stop subscription billing, cancel through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
