No Contact 40 Days is a personal-motivation and self-improvement tool designed to help users maintain a no-contact period following a breakup. The App provides streak tracking, journaling, and motivational content. It is for general educational and motivational purposes only and is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental-health care.
The App offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You agree to use the App only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not:
All content you enter into the App (journal entries, letters, ick list) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, view, or own your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any content you wish to preserve.
The App is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a mental-health service, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline in your area.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Migdio Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
